Like most business owners, I used to spend most of my waking hours working in my business, often 12-14 hours a day. I thought this was the “normal” price to pay for being in business. Eventually, I became so overworked and felt so overwhelmed that I came to the realization this was going to have to change, or I wasn’t going to stay in business very long.
I started searching and began learning new ways to improve how I operated my business. Things I should have “learned” before going into business in the first place. Eventually I found that I could increase my sales and profitability, while dramatically reducing the number of hours I worked. Freedom!
That new feeling of freedom was one of the greatest joys I have experienced as a business owner. Sharing that experience with others is what drives me, and fuels my passion.
